    VVM Scholarship 2017-18 Application Form for 6th to 11th Class Students

    VVM Scholarship 2017-18

    Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) has released a notification for VVM Scholarship 2017 on its official site. The organization is a national level science education and propagation program for students of classes 6 to 11 involving competitive examinations and workshops to identify science -knowledge seekers aligned with national integration through science. You need to apply before the last date of registration provided by the department in their latest advertisement available on the main website.

    The main motto of Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan is Educate Children on aspects of Science and Technology with special reference to Indian contribution. They conduct competitive exams to identify the student merit. The theme of Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan is “Indian Space Science and its achievements”. We are pleased to announce that the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has provided the text on the development of space science in India as part of study material for the participants.


    Eligibility Criteria for VVM Scholarship 2017-18

    ·       All students from classes VI to XI studying under CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards are eligible to appear for this examination.
    The language of the Exam:
    Students can give the examination either in English or Hindi or in their own mother tongue.
    Exam Centers:
    The exam will be conducted at various centers across India. The schools that enroll more than 50 students will be examination centers. Registrations begin on July 01, 2017

    School-level Examinations (Prathama and Dwitiya)
    The first two levels consist of two papers on the same day with a 30-minute break in between. The first paper will be Prathama (Level I) and second will be Dwitiya (Level II). Separate examinations will be conducted for the junior group (classes VI to VIII) and the senior group (classes IX to XI). The structure of question paper is as mentioned below: 

    Prathama (Level I)
    No. of Questions Prathama: 100
    Structure of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions [1 Mark each]
    Marks: 100
    Duration: 60 minutes

    Dwitiya (Level II)
    No. of Questions: 50
    Structure of Questions: Subjective Questions with MCQ [2 Marks each]
    Marks 100
    Duration 90 minutes

    How to apply for VVM Scholarship 2017-18

    First, go to the Official Website “vvm.org.in”. Search the link “Apply for online Scholarship”. Fill up your all details. Upload the documents. Fill up your correct bank Account details. Submit the application form and have a print out of it.
